Laconia High School Prom Rocks

When the dance for prom started on Saturday, May 4th 2013 at Laconia High School, many eager, well dressed young ladies and gentlemen had no clue what was about to happen on the dance floor of their school. 

One young man said, " This is so much better than last year."  The dance floor was packed, kids were jumping and screaming and singing to their favorite songs all night.

The largest Cha Cha Slide ever performed in Rosendale might have happened with the dance floor overflowing, even spilling completely 180 degrees around the DJ table. After 3 hours of constant dancing, the great night was capped off with the Prom court, and king and queen!  Afterward, prom attendants boarded buses heading for the post prom at the Oshkosh 20th Ave. YMCA for the remainder of the night.
